TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All stocks are Pre-Orders.
2. Cancellations are not allowed once process. Confirmation will be sent via email within 2days.
3. Orders will only be process after receiving your payment within 2 days. If no payment is made after 2 days, orders will be cancelled automatically without any notifications.
4. All goods are inspect to avoid unsatisfactory/defects.
5. In any case of cancellation, 80% of the charges will be forfeited.
6. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Exchange of clothes/bags only applies to those received wrong item.
7. Goods returned must be in good condition. Signs of washing, altering & tampering will be rejected without any consideration.
8. Any damage/refund must be made within 3days from the day of purchase.
9. We will not held any responsibilty for any lost mail for normal postage.
10. Photos may not correspond 100% as shown due to individual monitor resolution.
11. Accessories are not included in the photo.
12. Clothes Themes reserves the rights to amend/adjust prices/products without notifying.
